Terms of use
These terms apply when you buy or download files from Aztec 3D Studios. Last updated 13 September 2026.
Who we are
Aztec 3D Studios sells digital 3D-printable files. Contact: hello@aztec3dstudios.com. Shop: https://aztec3dstudios.com.
What you are buying
You are buying a digital file, not a physical object. Nothing is posted. After Stripe confirms payment we email a download link and show the same link on the order page.
Licence
Files are licensed for personal use unless we agree something else in writing. You may print them for yourself. You may not resell the files, share the download link, or claim the designs as your own. Commercial use needs a separate agreement. Email hello@aztec3dstudios.com.
Accounts and guests
Guest checkout is allowed. You must give a working email so we can send the download link. Keep that email. Anyone with the link can download the files.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. A sale is complete when Stripe confirms payment to us.
Refunds
Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. If something is wrong with a file, or payment was a mistake, email hello@aztec3dstudios.com and we will look at it. If we refund you, the download link is turned off. See also our refund policy.
IP and fan work
Aztec3DStudios is a community built by pop culture fans, for pop culture fans. We are not affiliated with any film, game, or entertainment companies. All projects are independently designed and created from scratch by our designers.
Printing and safety
You are responsible for how you print and use the files, including printer settings, materials, and whether a wearable piece is safe for you. Files are provided as is.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Buying after a change means you accept the new terms for that order.
